For 2024/2025 we have two classes in Year 6 taught by Mr Hartwell and Mrs Gibson and Miss Harris supported by Teaching Assistant Mrs Johnson and Mrs White. 

Doors to the classes open from 8.45am when staff are ready to welcome and settle the children into their learning activities. Registration is at 8.55am. Lunch is from 12.00 – 1.00pm. Children who go home to lunch should return between five and ten minutes before the start of their afternoon lessons at 1.00pm.

The afternoon session finishes at 3.25pm. Children usually leave classes within 5 minutes of these end times and will be handed over to parents/carers from the classroom doors which open onto the playground.

Please be prepared for PE

Occasionally, we may have an impromptu PE session or our timetables may change unexpectedly so please send both indoor and outdoor kits into school every Monday and keep them in school until Friday. We will be going outside for P.E in all weathers so kits should include a water proof coat/jacket, warm jumpers, gloves, hats and an extra pair of socks. Shoes may get wet and muddy so please do not send best trainers in. It is also useful to include a carrier bag to put dirty kit into. Thank you.
