Annabel Kay is the CEO of a Multi Academy Trust consisting of 9 primary and secondary schools. She has twenty two years of education experience, of which fifteen are in school leadership, nine in headship and five in Academy leadership. Prior to a career in education Annabel Kay worked in industry as a management accountant and change management consultant where she undertook complex business process reviews for multi million pound directorships. She provides significant support to OCCs safeguarding team in her roles as a member of the OSCB, and their subcommittees. She also provides school to school leadership support to a mix of settings.
Chris Harley is an experienced Business Development Director with a high tech background in engineering. Following a PhD in Aerodynamics, Chris spent time in Formula One as an Aerodynamicist followed by stints in IndyCar and Le Mans. After working in engineering, Chris moved into Business development and has experience working across a number of sectors including: motorsport, aerospace, retail, defence and the built environment.
Jon Canning - Jon has lived in the village since 2012 and has 2 children in the school. He is a Product Owner for digital automotive products and has worked with the Parish Council and Playing Fields Association
I have lived in Middleton Cheney for 6 years and I have two children at MCPA (soon to be three). I became a parent governor because I have a strong interest in not just my own children's education but education as a whole and I enjoy being active in the community. I bring my skills as a Business Manager and Mum to the role.
Matthew works in the Automotive industry as a Global Emissions Manager, having started as a Technical Apprentice. He has been fortunate to travel and to live in China, he has a love of the outdoors and adventure. He joined the school as a Co-opted Governor as he has a strong belief in the power of education and wants to help children to achieve their full potential.
