A bit of floristry

On Friday 17th June the children in 2W had a fabulous afternoon of floristry under the instruction of Mrs Ladd. The children learnt about the different flowers and foliage they were going to use in their bouquet and then selected their own stems, trimmed them to an appropriate height and arranged their bouquet. It was lots of fun and everyone enjoyed creating their own individual piece to give to someone special.
Miss Webb and the children of 2W would like to say a huge thank you to Mrs Ladd for providing all the flowers and expertise to give them the opportunity to try something new!
