Midsummer Sun

Well, it was second time lucky for our Midsummer Festival and we had a fantastic afternoon in bright, hot sunshine after the postponement on Friday due to the weather forecast. Each year group danced their socks off to the theme of 'animals' and we all enjoyed a wide range of music from The Crickets and T-Rex to 'Rock Lobster', Pink Panther, Mini-beasts Parade and 'What does the fox say?'
Huge thanks go to our stalwart Parents' Association members who volunteered their time and efforts to organise all the wonderful flowers and refreshments and to decorate the stage for the king and queen. Thank you also to our wonderfully supportive family members who worked hard to produce dinosaur tails and various other sundry animal costumes.
