Garden taking shape

The next few weeks will see some improvements made to the garden areas around the school beginning with the area by the front gate. A group of hardworking Year 3 and 4 pupils have been giving up their time after school, ably supported and directed by Mr Blake, to dig up the front and lay sleepers, ground cover material and slate chippings. Soon they will move on to replanting. They looked tired and messy but extremely happy when I saw them.
