All you need is... cake!

Friday 15 November saw our school groaning at the seams with cakes, cakes and more cakes – all in aid of Children in Need. Year 6 had been busy baking and decorating in the build up to the event and it seems lots of parents and other family members were doing the same thing as donations flooded in during the morning. Some cakes were sold to the children during break time and Year 6 valiantly manned tables in the playground after school so that everybody had the opportunity to sample the wares.

 

A massive thank you to everyone who supported the day by baking and buying. The event raised the grand total of £379.93 for Children in Need.
