As a school we’ve been privileged to have several visits from Dance Addiction, a Banbury based company teaching ballroom dancing.

Richard and Jennie Funnell, experienced dancers, teachers and competitors have been holding workshops with whole classes and we’ve been amazed at how relaxed they have made us all feel and how much fun it has been to learn some basic steps in Tango and Cha Cha. They will be returning in the Autumn term to visit more classes.

Richard and Jennie are considering organising after school clubs if there is sufficient interest – including potentially one for adults too. Many of the staff who took part certainly had a lot of fun and would like to learn more! Further details to follow.
