Welcome to Foundation

We currently have two classes taught by Mrs Ding/Mrs Stubbs and Mrs Pinkney and supported by Teaching Assistant  Mrs Meadows and Mrs Cromack.  Reception children have their own entrance to the school buildings. Enter the playground by the double gates and follow around the right of the building to the gated area. This gate opens at 8.45am when children are greeted by a member of the Foundation teaching team. Any messages you have for the class teacher can be passed on at this point.

Registration is at 8:55am. Please ensure your child arrives in good time to settle in before lessons begin. Lunch is from 12.00 - 1.00pm. All Reception children are eligible for a free hot school meal but their choice needs to be booked through the school catering supplier. Children may also bring a packed lunch or go home for lunch but they need to be back in school between five and ten minutes before the start of their afternoon lessons at 1pm.

The afternoon session finishes at 3.15pm and children will be handed to a known parent/carer at the Foundation area gate by a member of Foundation staff.
