Particularly Persuasive Perfume!

Some of the Year 2 children have been working through the book, 'Jar of Oil'. To support their learning they have been experimenting with a variety of ingredient choices to make their own jars of perfume. They designed their own brand, made it and then wrote a label using persuasive language to try to tempt Mrs Stubbs and Mrs Charlton to buy theirs.

The choice of ingredients was wide ranging and included washing up liquid, vegetable oil, glitter and milk so the labels had to be particularly persuasive!
